Originally from Blackpool, artist Ann Edwards is now based in Blewbury in Oxfordshire, where she has a studio at her village home. With an artistic flair running through her family – her mother was a dancer and contortionist with a travelling circus - Ann takes her inspiration from the real-life adventures of her two dogs, one cat and a parrot and says she the purpose of her art is to bring happiness. Her joyful pictures share with us the quirky, idiosyncratic and unique world view of this highly collectable artist. |
