Frans was born in The Netherlands in 1959 where he studied Biology at the University of Wageningen. In 1986 he moved to England and now lives in Rustington on the West Sussex coast. In 1996 he began to paint in watercolour for pleasure, but soon found himself taking painting more and more seriously. Over the past years his paintings have gained rapidly in popularity and can be found in private and corporate collections in Britain and abroad. In 2006 he was elected a member of the Sussex Watercolour Society. |
